Start - All Modules - MOSFET modules - This is: MOSFET module 1E

A very small module, that can either support a big mosfet (TO-220 housing) or an on-board mosfet (TO-252 housing)

This module includes:

• a 100K pull-down resistor between mosfet pins GND and GATE (to ensure the OFF condition)
• an ON LED
• a fly-back diode (for those inductive loads)

For an on-board mosfet configuration, this module also includes

• a Fuse (a 0603 single use fuse)
• a Fuse error LED (if the fuse is blown)
• a 10 ohm gate resistor (so it becomes easier/safer to do parallel mosfets)
